With all of talk about healthcare reform going on, you may be wondering, "what will this do to my business?" The changes that healthcare brings to your business depends on the plan that you have.
According to an article published by COSE, if you have a grandfathered plan, nothing has changed for you. If you are in a transitional plan, those will be available until December 2018. Those on the individual exchange will be the most impacted by healthcare changes. However, nothing has happened yet and the changes will most likely be implemented over time.
